Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 11, 2026
About this statement
CleanFlow AS is committed to making our digital services accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability. This statement describes how well CleanFlow meets the requirements for universal design of ICT, and which known gaps remain.
The statement covers the website, the logged-in platform, and the mobile application, and is updated as accessibility work continues.
Scope
This statement applies to the following solutions:
- Website: cleanflow.no – landing pages, product information, and public content.
- Platform: app.cleanflow.no/dashboard – the logged-in solution for administration, planning, and reporting.
- Mobile app: The CleanFlow app for field workers, available for iOS and Android.
Standard applied
CleanFlow works according to the Norwegian regulation on universal design of ICT solutions (forskrift om universell utforming av IKT-løsninger), which for private undertakings requires compliance with WCAG 2.0 level AA. The requirement follows from Section 18 of the Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act. CleanFlow aims for WCAG 2.1 level AA, because public-sector customers are bound by it and require it of their suppliers.
WCAG 2.1 level AA covers requirements such as color contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text for images, understandable structure, and compatibility with assistive technology such as screen readers.
Conformance status
Partially conformant
CleanFlow is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We are continuously working to close the remaining gaps. Known gaps as of today:
- A complete, independent WCAG audit of the entire solution has not yet been carried out. Previously known gaps (accessible names on icon buttons, alternative text on uploaded images and dark-mode contrast) were fixed in September 2026.
How conformance was assessed
The assessment is based on self-evaluation by the development team, supplemented by automated accessibility tools. An independent, complete accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.
