Sensor-driven cleaning by demand, not by the clock
Connect Tork Vision and Disruptive Technologies sensors to CleanFlow. When dispensers run empty, visitor counts pass thresholds or rooms are actually used, tasks are created automatically, placed on the floor plan in real time.
How it works
From sensor signal to documented completed task, with no manual steps in between.
From signal to done
- 01
Sensor detects a need
- 02
Rule evaluates the threshold
- 03
Task is created
- 04
Push notification to the responsible cleaner
- 05
Done and documented
The integrations
Ready-made sensor integrations, plus an open API for everything else.
Tork Vision
Dispensers and people counters from Tork/Essity. When paper or soap runs out, or visitor numbers pass your threshold, the task is created automatically.
Disruptive Technologies
Tiny wireless sensors for occupancy, motion, contact and touch. Perfect for demand-based cleaning of meeting rooms and restrooms.
Rule engine, no coding
You decide thresholds, task titles and who gets the task. Sensor rules are set up per building in a few clicks.
Events on the floor plan
Triggered sensor events are highlighted directly on the floor plan. Cleaners see which rooms need attention, and which can wait.
Cleaning robots
Robot runs are automatically checked in as completed tasks, so your documentation covers both people and machines.
Open REST API
Your own sensors or business systems? API keys let you connect anything.
Why demand-based cleaning?
Less unnecessary cleaning
Rooms that were not used do not need full cleaning. Resources move to where the need actually is.
Documented delivery
Every sensor-triggered task is traceable: what triggered it, when it was completed, and by whom.
Measurable quality
Demand-based cleaning is combined with INSTA 800 inspections, so quality is measured, not assumed.
Frequently asked questions
Which sensors does CleanFlow support?
Tork Vision (dispensers and people counters) and Disruptive Technologies (occupancy, motion, contact and touch) have ready-made integrations. Other sources can be connected via the REST API.
Do I need to buy sensors to use CleanFlow?
No. Plan-based cleaning, the mobile app and quality control work entirely without sensors. IoT adds demand-based cleaning where it makes sense.
How does a sensor event become a task?
You define rules per building: which sensor, which threshold, which task title and who should receive it. When the threshold is passed, CleanFlow creates the task and sends a push notification to the cleaner responsible for that room, area, floor or building.
Do cleaners see sensor events in the field?
Yes. When a sensor rule triggers, the room is highlighted on the floor plan in the mobile app, and the responsible cleaner receives a push notification. The team sees exactly where the need is.
What is demand-based cleaning?
Demand-based cleaning, also called needs-based or sensor-driven cleaning, means cleaning is governed by actual usage instead of fixed frequencies. Sensors measure usage, and tasks are created when the need arises. The result is less unnecessary cleaning, better quality where it matters, and documentation of the entire delivery.
